What personal information do we collect from the people that use our apps?
Elementique apps does not collect any personal information, except that “Elementique Senior – SMS” does collect your Phone Number to be able function properly.
Please read “Additional Limits on Use of Your SMS User Data and Your Phone Number” to know how your Phone Number is used by “Elementique Senior – SMS” app.Elementique apps collect data about technical problem data in order to improve apps quality.
When do we collect information?
We collect usage statistics when app starts or is resumed.
We collect technical information when a software problem occurs. In case of sever software problems, (i.e., if the app crash), we send crash technical information at next app start.
Your phone number is collected by the “Elementique Senior – SMS” app when you are using it.

How do we use your information?
We use collected information to improve user’s experience and application stability.
Your telephone number is only used by the “Elementique Senior – SMS” application when it operates on your phone or tablet.
Do we use ‘cookies’?
Elementique applications do not use cookies, except the “Elementique Senior – Internet” application, which makes use of cookies as part of its normal operation.
These cookies are stored on your devices and are never transmitted to any outside system.
Third Party Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties, collected data.
Additional Limits on Use of Your Google User Data
Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy, if you provide the “Elementique Senior – Messages” Android App access to your GMail account, and therefore to the data contained in your GMail account, the App’s use of that data will be subject to these additional restrictions:
- The “Elementique Senior – Messages” Android App will only use access to read, write, modify, or control Gmail message bodies (including attachments), metadata, headers, and settings to provide an Android email client that allows users to compose, send, read, and process emails in a simplified way, and will not transfer this Gmail data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features or comply with applicable law.
- The “Elementique Senior – Messages” Android App will not use this Gmail data for serving advertisements.
- The “Elementique Senior – Messages” Android App will not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for the App’s internal operations and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized.
Additional Limits on Use of Your SMS User Data and Your Phone Number
Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy, if you provide the “Elementique Senior – SMS” Android App access to requested permissions and if you allow this app to be the Default SMS application of your device, the “Elementique Senior – SMS” Android App will then have access to all your SMS conversation and therefore to the data contained in all these SMS conversations.
The “Elementique Senior – SMS” Android App will also be able to access and collect your Phone Number.
The App’s use of that data (all your SMS and your Phone Number) will be subject to these additional restrictions:
- The “Elementique Senior – SMS” Android App will only use access to read, write, modify, or control SMS conversations and message bodies (including attachments), metadata, headers, and settings to provide an Android SMS client that allows users to compose, send, read, and process SMS in a simplified way, and will not transfer the SMS data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features or comply with applicable law.
- The “Elementique Senior – SMS” Android App will not use this SMS data and Phone Number for serving advertisements.
- The “Elementique Senior – SMS” Android App will not allow humans to read this data and Phone Number unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific SMS, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for the App’s internal operations and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized.
- Your Phone Number, which is access and collected by “Elementique Senior – SMS” app, is not send to any third party other than the recipients to which you send an SMS. This means that your Phone Number , which is accessible to the “Elementique Senior – SMS” app, is not send to our servers, or any other business third parties. The only case where your phone number is disclosed, is when you send an SMS to a recipient: this recipient, and only him/her, sees your Phone Number upon reception and reading of the SMS you send him/her.
- Upon uninstallation of “Elementique Senior – SMS” application, all the previously accessed information, being your your SMS conversations and your Phone Number, will not be accessible anymore to Elementique. This means that no copies of your data (SMS and collected Phone Number) will be retained by Elementique in any way.
